Griffith Film School graduate Kieran Murray has asked people all over the world to replicate the Aussie catchphrase “G’Day mate, how you going?” with hilarious results.
Since his graduate film The F Word screened in the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival last year, the 24-year-old has spent six months travelling nine countries and documenting the often failed attempts at the classic Aussie accent.
His YouTube video has since attracted more than 136,000 hits. Kieran, who studied a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media, is currently settled in Los Angeles where he is pursuing his career.
