Filling a vital gap in oral health services at a south-east Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community has been the passion for Griffith dentistry student Michael Baker from Toowoomba.
A group of university students are helping to combat the poor dental health at Cherbourg. Four times a year Griffith University dental students travel to the town and set up a free dental clinic at Barambah Health Centre.
