Griffith research and researchers acknowledged as leaders in their field

The spotlight continues to shine on Griffith University’s research excellence, with solid representation in The Australiannewspaper’s special research supplement for 2020.

Griffith research was acknowledged as being the national leader in six fields of research while individually, nine Griffith researchers were considered ‘leaders in their field’.

The research leaders’ list is based on a big data analysis of up-to-date publicly available information.

Two of Griffith’s early career researchers were recognised as ‘Rising Stars’ with Dr Sara Quach Thaichon and Dr Tuan-Khoa Nguyen acknowledged as future leaders in their research field. Dr Quach Thaichon’s expertise is in consumer behaviour and retailing and Dr Tuan-Khoa Nguyen’s is in nanotechnology and sensors.
