Griffith University continues to grow in stature and climb the rankings of important and influential global university rankings. The latest Times Higher Education (THE) Asia-Pacific University Rankings 2019 sees Griffith again rising through the ranks while retaining its position in the region’s top 50 universities.
The Asia-Pacific rankings consider the research and teaching efforts of leading universities across East Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Griffith University now holds 42nd position, up one on the last ranking.
“Competition within the university sector across the Asia-Pacific is intensifying each year and therefore this result confirms Griffith’s rising stature and influence both within the region and globally,” Vice Chancellor and President Professor Carolyn Evans said.
“The strong ties Griffith has nurtured and maintained with the Asia-Pacific region since our foundation are integral to our growing reputation as a home of leading researchers whose work continues to inform policy and industry.”
