Griffith University Logan Redbacks are through to the2014 Universities Rugby League grand final.
They will face the Queensland University of Technology Trouts this Wednesday (September 17) at Davies Park, West End, Brisbane.
Redbacks defeated Griffith’s Gold Coast Panthers in a close semi finals game 14-10.
Tomorrow night a tight game is expected again, with the Redbacks just holding on in their prior matches against the Trouts this season.
Redbacks Captain Tyrone Girle said they were hoping to take out back to back premiers.
“Everyone made a huge effort throughout the season, and with luck and continued hard work we hope to be the 2014 champions.”
The club invites everyone to come along and support the Redbacks at the grand final 7.30pm on Wednesday 17 September at Davies Park, West End, to cheer on the mighty Redbacks.
