Aspiring rugby players received inspiration from the Queensland Reds’s head coach Richard Graham in coaching clinics at Brisbane and Gold Coast schools recently.

Students from Nudgee College, Brisbane Boys College and The Southport School learned tips on scrummaging, line-out lifts, kicking to touch and tackling in the 75-minute sessions.

“This was an exciting opportunity for students to meet members of the Queensland Reds and receive expert coaching and motivational tips,” said Griffith University Events and Engagement Officer Jodie Twite.

The coaching clinics were organised as part of Griffith’s partnership with the Queensland Reds.
