Pearson academic student award for education student

Kim Bury, a current student in the Bachelor of Education - Primary program was nominated after receiving outstanding results.

Two Griffith University Education students were recently named as among only seven students to be recognised at the Pearson Student Academic Achievement Awards 2013.

More than 40 university students from across Australia were nominated for the Awards, for outstanding effort, dedication, and academic achievement in their chosen field of study.

Bachelor of Education (Primary) fourth year student Kim Bury, was nominated after receiving outstanding results in the Studies of Indigenous Australia course.

In addition to the nomination Kim developed a presentation to showcase the study habits and attitude that led to her being selected for this award.

Kim was awarded a $1000 cash prize and a certificate by Pearson.
