Open day will be held this Sunday 11 August, 9.00am — 2.00pm, at Gold Coast, Nathan, South Bank campuses.
The New Griffith Open Day 2013 event will give future students, their friends and family a chance to experience The New Griffith and discover what it would be like to study at our campuses.
Open Day will offer an interactive, ‘festival’ feel, with competitions run throughout the day and live broadcasts from Nova and Sea FM.
There will be almost 200 information sessions, activities and tours spanning all study areas, including 3D printing and robotics demonstrations, environment displays, film screenings, musical performances and science shows.
At South Bank campus, Queensland Conservatorium students will perform The Marriage of Figaro in an open rehearsal for their upcoming September performances. Annual student operas such as The Marriage of Figaro are full-scale productions that engage the talents and skills of students from all of the Conservatorium’s study areas.
Tours of the Conservatorium will take place hourly from 9.15am – 2.15pm along with a range of presentations on music study areas.
