AA Staff Climate Survey

In June this year, staff in Academic Administration provided feedback about what is important to them in their work and their workplace – and how well they believe AA is performing across a range of indicators.

Overall, staff satisfaction with performance rates in the first quartile (top 25%) for benchmark organisations which is a great endorsement of the work everyone does. Two areas of best practice singled out as also being in the top 25% are customer & market focus and processes, products and services. Areas where staff think there is room for improvement include keeping skilled employees, providing career opportunities, valuing employees and communicating respect for staff expertise and skills internally and externally.
